Our Home, Our Story

The Hellenic Anthology was founded by Charilaos Gounaras — an olive oil producer himself and the son of a Greek entrepreneurial family. From his own experience, he knows how difficult it is for small, passionate producers to establish themselves on the global market. How much effort, love, and dedication goes into every jar, every bottle, every can — and how rarely this quality reaches the people who deserve it.

With The Hellenic Anthology, we want to change that. We give these exceptional family businesses a stage — and bring their treasures to Germany, Europe, and the rest of the world.

Our special focus is on the island of Euboea (Evia), one of the most fertile and beautiful regions of Greece, as well as on producers from Crete, the Pindus Mountains, and other unique regions of the country.
